New home in a DR Horton neighborhood where they’ve managed to screw over many of the residents. Property management (that’s right, the residents have no say as DR Horton has hired a company that takes your money, but doesn’t do much to help you) does very little to keep the neighborhoods appearance & value to the standards of the CCR’s, but is quick to bill you for their “services”. Essentially the high HOA dues go to pay for the tiny pool. Feel free to store whatever you want in your drive way, park wherever you want, or ignore any other CCR as nobody listens/reads them anyhow.
