Access to 3 mile paved walkway around Links Golf Course. Completely furnished, as seen in pics. Utilities fairly new. Fenced yard, dogs/cats ok. Custodian on premises. The $450 monthly fee is on the high side, I know. But the peace and quiet and security made it worthwhile. We bought place as a trial to see if we really wanted to buy house in Ruidoso, which we have done. We are both retired and didn't want to worry about taking care of property. No more ladders for us. Custodian removes snow, pine needles from roof. While I'm here alone I feel completely safe, and my husband doesn't worry. When we are both in El Paso, no worries about our Ruidoso property. That security and freedom has value. Also no water bill and no annual property tax - owners do not own the land, just the structure and improvements. Check other manufactured home parks --- most can't compare, and have people moving in and out. Even if we had spent 4 times the money and bought a condo - condos are frequently rented out nightly. Also in a condo you have people living on either side, above you, below you. Good investment, as so many El Pasoans are fleeing the heat and construction and expansion.
