This short-term rental period of 3-5 months is perfect if you are planning to remodel your house or come to live in Vienna while looking for a home. The house is fully furnished and remodeled with new siding and gutters this year. It is a 15 minute walk to the Metro and 10 minute drive to Tysons Corner. Many restaurants and shopping centers within 5-10 minute drive. We will restrict two of the four bedrooms for our storage. There are two remaining second floor bedrooms and baths for you as well as a living room, family room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, 2 refrigerators, laundry, and large fenced back yard with deck and fire pit. The rent includes high speed Internet, two television sets with cable, electricity, gas, and water. Also we have a SimpliSafe home security system for your protection. This short term rental is available for 5 months between December 2, 2025 to May 2, 2026. Minimum rental period is 3 months and max is 5 months. The total rent is $3,000 per month with a refundable deposit of $3,000. Parking available off-street for two cars. No smoking permitted No pets.
