This unit was newly remodeled before we moved in and had a new air conditioner put in 3 years ago. Two bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom and linen closet. The first floor has the kitchen, living room, half bath and utility closet with washer and dryer (included in unit). Kitchen includes refrigerator, gas range/stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a good sized pantry. The fireplace seen in the unit is not functional for fires (we were told by Hayley Management that it was sealed off). There is a back patio space and an additional lockable storage space outside. The posted images show what all of the units in the building look like. Unit I (the unit for rent) has white rather than black appliances in the kitchen. While the apartment is on a quiet street in the neighborhood, it's also located close to downtown Opelika (only a few minute drive) and also to Tiger Town. Floral Park is immediately next door, which includes baseball diamonds, a soccer field, a dog park, pavilions with picnic tables, and some green space. We are moving to Iowa for work and are looking to sublease this unit. We've been in the unit for the past 3 years (and were planning to stay a 4th year), so it's a great place, price, and location. Although the start date is listed for August 9, we have a small bit of flexibility with the date (a few days earlier or potentially into mid-August). Interested renters will need to fill out a rental application with Hayley Management for each adult who will live in the unit ($35 each). There is also a sublease fee of $750 (one month's rent). No utilities are included (renter will pay gas, water, electricity, and garbage). Hayley Management does provide monthly pest control. There are two parking spots in front of the unit and plenty of additional parking on the quiet street and parking area in front of the building. Pets are welcome (there is an additional pet fee paid to Hayley Management, $200 fee plus $25 per month pet rent).
