With a private driveway that easily fits 6 cars come and go as you please. A fully fenced backyard with an outdoor shower. Your twelve month lease allows you to purchase a town parking pass. Freeman Park is 6 blocks away welcoming all 4x4's to drive on the beach and camp or just play for the day. Maximum 4 adults. Utilities are not included. No access to storage shed under the house. Cleaning service available for an additional fee. Bi-weekly lawn service included in rent.
