The building has quiet tenants and neighbors and has had little turn-over in the past seven years that we've owned it. The residents share an unfenced yard. Pets, if approved, may be welcome. A 12 month lease and $1000 security deposit are required. An additional, fully refundable, $200 pet deposit is also required if applicable. The unit is occupied and showing must be scheduled in advance with the owner/ landlord. Tenant pays for gas, electric, and cable. Landlord pays for water/ sewer and trash services.
