House is in Broomfield, right off highway#36, 3 minutes to Broomfield Downtown, 20 minutes to Downtown Denver, 20 mins to Boulder. W/D on the main floor. It's a big house (5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms/3000sq) and 5 total people will live in the house. Room#A: (AVAILABLE) (11x14ft) -Shares bathroom with Room#B -Upstairs -Lock for privacy -775/month Available August 8 Room#B: (TAKEN) Occupied by male, late 20s, works in construction. Room#C: (TAKEN) Occupied by male, early 20s, works in logistics. Room#D: (TAKEN) Occupied by male, early 30s, works in retail. Room#E: (TAKEN) Occupied by male, late 20s, works in law enforcement. A fully refundable security deposit equal to one-month rent and credit/background checks are required. Garage space is available for an additional fee. Preferred no pets - but might accept another dog on a case-by-case basis with a 300 pet deposit and pet rent of 35/month. NO CATS as I am allergic. 1 year lease.
