The private, attached bathroom features a walk in shower with bench, lots of storage and counter space. The apartment is on the top floor of a 4 unit condo building. The common spaces (living/dining room, kitchen and back porch) will be furnished but we can make room for extra pieces. There is a back deck space with stairs leading into a shared backyard with grill and picnic table. The other two bedrooms are occupied by mid to late 20's professional ladies.
