We've loved living in the house because we love our neighbors and the proximity to downtown (12 minute drive!) and Nike (10 mins)/Intel/etc - it's in a perfect location, especially with the Cedar Hills shopping center just down the street. Long drives/commutes will be a thing of the past :) This beautiful single family home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and a den/bedroom on the main floor along with another half bath next to the laundry room. There's a two car garage below (accessed from the alley in back), and a great deck off the kitchen/dining room for enjoying those sunny days right around the corner! We'd prefer a longer term (12-20 months), but we'd be open to something shorter if you're just looking for a landing pad while you figure out life in Portland.
