Our home was one of the last to be built by Whigham and is a custom model 210 (2 bedroom - 2 bath), with 1,712 sq ft. The home was designed with a series of arches that extend from the kitchen window thru the dining and living rooms to the 12' wall of french doors that open onto the enclosed flagstone patio. The master suite also features a 8' wall of french doors that open onto a covered portion of the patio. We purchased the home in Jan of 2012 from the original owners Dieter & Eleanor Schaefer. We have tried to infuse the home with a Tuscan feel through paint and furnishings. We added a pergola and half walls to the front entrance to create a morning coffee spot and a welcoming feel. In the flagstone patio, we added low walls to better define the garden areas, provided a base for the chiminea, and converted the waterfall/pond into a succulent garden.
