Houses in the neighborhood were constructed in the late 50s and 60s. Houses are very well built and maintained. The neighborhood is a nice middle class neighborhood. The neighborhood is made up of diverse cultures, African American, Latinos and white caucasian. Even with the diversity of the neighborhood, there is pride shown by these groups to maintain and constantly update their property. The residents of the area, feel very secure in their homes and there is a community neighborhood watch program in place. Residents keep watch over others properties and there is very little unlawful activities that take place.
