The unit includes washer/dryer hook up and spacious backyard. $40 application fee covers background check and credit check. Applicants must have at least a 650 credit score, no criminal history, and make at least 3x the monthly rent. Due to COVID-19, we will not be doing in-person tours until the application is completed. Approved pets must be under 20lbs and over a year old. Last month rent is due at signing.
