The area between apartments at front entrance is shared and the upstairs balcony is shared between the 2 upper units. Each unit is to be respectful of each side and how it split equal in the middle to each tenant. No BBQ's or fire pits are allowed on property. Tenants are responsible for keeping the yards picked up and anything tenants plant it is up to them to keep them healthy and watered. If not healthy the plantings need to be disposed.
