The living room is modest in size but is adequate for a one BR unit. The bedroom offers two closets and a second door that opens into a shared backyard with a 6' privacy fence. The bath offers a shower/tub combination, new vanity and new tall toilet. Water, electric, internet, Direct TV, trash pickup and lawn care are all included in your rent. This unit is ideal for a senior citizen, college student, or any single adult who is clean, quite and respectful of their neighbors (neighbors being me and my wife) We had a verbal agreement with the last tenant that 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM was quite time. This unit is NOT suitable for children due to it being a one bedroom so please don't ask. The rent is 650 per month with a 650 damage deposit and a twelve month lease.
