We are at the point we are ready to combine households and want to rent his house out. He installed a generator and other security lights. Lawnmower can stay, if needed. Lease is for one year with 60 day notice in writing when terminating the lease. Renter is responsible for all utilities, yard maintenance, and furnace filters. No smoking allowed. Up to four pets allowed. Fenced in area for pets. House has a back up generator and tenant will be responsible for all fuel to power generator.
