End unit in a set of three row houses. it is to be renovated (not gut renovation). Space to bike and backyard will be private and landscaped . Check back on Jan 28, 2022. The renov work is expected to be completed then. Utility bills to be covered by tenant: Water, Electric/Gas, etc. The expectation is that the tenant will keep the place well (to keep maintenance calls to a minimum), make regular rent payments. If tenant wishes to buy the unit we can do that as soon as the tenant can make arrangements based on the prevailing market price.
