Unit is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, within a short distance to countless restaurants, parks and trails, grocery stores, bus stops and more. No pets (no exceptions). Tenants pay a portion of water, trash, and electric. Applicants must be LGBT-friendly. Tenant splits utilities with other half of duplex.
