The sublease will run until April 30th but there's an option to extend that as well. The landlord and his wife live in the completed basement downstairs. There is a separate entrance for them so you will never interact with them. They are quiet people as well, so noise won't be an issue. The neighborhood is large and connected to multiple bike paths. Pictured furniture is not included, tenant pays utilities, $2,300 per month, one month security deposit required. Background check is required, serious inquires only please.
