Kitchen is equipped with tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, newer oven, dishwasher and fridge. Main living room, stairway and hallway has about 5-year-old carpet. Renters pay for all utilities. One small dog is allowed, with a one-time deposit of $300. No smoking/vaping is allowed around or in the house. There is a one car carport with the option for additional cars in the driveway and on the street. We require a 1-year contract, with the option to go month to month or sign up for an additional year after the first year. The tenant is responsible to maintain the front and back lawn and basic upkeep of the house. We are always available to address concerns or problems that may arise.
