Neighborhood Description The house is located outside the city limits in Calhoun County, so there are no city taxes. This house is located just behind Swan Point Landing Subdivision and is NOT in an HOA, so there are NO RESTRICTIONS. Swan Point Rd. is nice and quiet and you get lots of privacy because most of the residents are week-enders. There is a public boat ramp and park at the end of the road.
