What I like about this house!! It is well built, we have improved it extensively, bathroom: bigger new Jacuzzi, new vanity, new paint, laundry downstairs, circuit breakers for jaccuzi, storage over throne, storage cabinet 6?, A new light with a fan and heater were installed. Cost about $5000. New windows have been installed in all but two places, the north window in the main bedroom and the SW window in the living room. The living room windows allow for a much better view of the outside and they are low e. New doors were installed; front doors and garage entry door. About $5000. Attic insulation was added, cellulose. This has reduced the heating costs and created more comfortable. Custom shades were installed in the living room. They look really nice and are very easy to operate.
