Ogden, Utah, used to be one of the world's best-kept secrets, but now the secret is out. Ogden is a diverse city located near three ski resorts, natural hot springs, lakes for recreation, and offers unlimited hiking opportunities, as well as stunning landscapes and sunsets. As an old railroad town, Ogden has managed to maintain its charm and history.
The Sweet Escape is a fully furnished mid-term rental. All utilities and Wifi are included in the rent amount. The minimal amount to stay is 30 nights and the maximum is 180 days. After the 180 days, if both the renter and myself, the land lord, agree the lease may be extended with no further fees. Renters will need to abide by the lease agreed upon with no early or cancelled leases.
This is a non smoking apartment. Pets are welcome. However, the must be kenneled if they are left home alone. Children are also welcome. However, this is a smaller space so it would be comfortable for two adults with about 2 small children. There is a large fenced in yard, swing set, a garden and chickens for the children to explore. The price is a flat rate of $1,300 per month.
