Boutique shopping, too. Roku Smart TV's in all living rooms and bedrooms. CityLink is Peoria's public bus transportation, however much is walkable from the property. Our property is a 2-plex, with up and down units, totalling 5 bedrooms* and 2 bathrooms. * - We have sleeper sofas in our living rooms, but Furnished Finder doesn't give us a good way to explain that. You're getting all 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundies, one back deck and plenty of TV's. We do have separate heating/cooling upstairs and down, so if part of your group likes it warmer or colder, you could divide up. Upstairs Washer/Dryer is in the half bath (visible on the floor plan).
