Terrific office location for inside South Gate of Ocean Pines with plenty of free parking, Does have handicapped parking and sloped curbs, ADA compliant. Bathroom facitilites, small kitchen also included. Our front door is to the left of Tidewater Physical Therapy's front door. Taylor's restaurant is just across the parking lot and Paradise Grill is next to us too. Owner pays all utilities including WiFi unless secure WiFi is preferred for this office or climate controlled storage space.
