The main floor has: Sunroom/ Living Room/ Dining Room & modern kitchen. 2nd floor has 3 bdrms & 1 bthrm. Although it says 4 bdrms/ 2 bthrms on the listing, the basement will not be rented and will not be included in the rental. The owners will occupy it from time to time. Home has plenty of street parking. Driveway can be used when it is completely unoccupied by the owner. Move in fee is basically 4 months rent: 1 months rent, 1 months security, 1 month in minor home repairs and 1 month commission to be shared amongst the homeowner, who is a real estate broker & any outside real estate company who procures a deal & or rental customer or client. This is a famous family who lives in 3 states. They have business in real estate and film production in NY, GA & LA. They are renting out the legal portions of the home only to prevent hoarding & unauthorized use of 4 particular areas they will occupy when they are in NY. The 4 areas the rental tenants will not have rights to are the basement, attic, driveway & garage. $4,000 monthly. Adorable, well taken care of home has plenty of street parking on our beautiful wide & open tree lined residential street. Parking is not limited, crowded or difficult. Absolutely no squatting will be tolerated. Please do not apply if you are not financially sound. It is $16,000 to move in & $4,000 monthly. Credentials will apply as well as credit score & previous landlord references. The rental lease will state that if your rent is late past 20 days, you agree to move out by the 22nd day, else the landlord/homeowner has the right to remove your items off of their property onto the public street (it cannot be on the property).
