Beautiful apartment in Albany on the first floor of a 2-floor-house, conveniently located near both UAlbany campuses & downtown area. 12th, 114th, 10th, and 11th bus stops are also located extremely close. The area is very lovely and quiet which is rare for a town with so many college students. The price is $650 per month with all the utilities included. I have a WIFI router so you'll either have to pay $50 for the internet directly to me so I can pay through my account or contact Spectrum yourself and choose a plan of your interest.
