Guest Guidelines & Policies Health & Safety Your comfort, health, and safety are our top priorities. After each stay, we conduct a thorough cleaning to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment. Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs Important: Early check-ins and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance. Refund Policy A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable as per Stripe's policy. Refunds will be processed minus this fee for direct bookings and select booking channels. Pet Policy We welcome pets at this listing (please check details) with the following fees: $25/day per pet $150/week per pet $300/month per pet (for long-term stays) Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 charge. Multiple pets or larger breeds (over 25 lbs) require prior approval. Bully breeds and cats are not allowed. Any damages caused by pets will result in additional charges for repairs or cleaning. General House Rules Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability; garage doors must remain closed. Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21+, and an adult over 21 must be present during the stay. Food & Drink: No food or drinks in bedrooms (sealed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees apply for stains. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited violations will result in a $500 fine plus cleaning/repair fees. Trash: Please dispose of all trash in outdoor bins before departure. Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in liability for repair or replacement costs. Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving. Windows & Security: Keep windows closed for safety and security. Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items and clean the dryer lint trap. Storage Closet: Must remain closed and locked. Consumables: Leftover items are left at guests' discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Furniture: Please do not rearrange furniture. Parties & Events: Unauthorized gatherings are not allowed; violations will result in immediate eviction and additional fees. Registered Guests Only: Any additional guests beyond the registered number require prior approval and will incur a $100 per person charge. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM please be respectful of neighbors. Pool Rules Use at Your Own Risk: Guests acknowledge that they use the pool/hot tub at their own risk. Supervision Required: Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. Health & Safety: Do not use the pool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering to maintain cleanliness. Cleanliness: Avoid bringing oils, lotions, or soaps into the water to keep it clean for all guests. Proper Use: No diving, rough play, or unsafe behavior in the pool or hot tub. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages caused by misuse. Pool Heating Disclaimer Heated Pool Available (September - March) Hot tub currently unavailable. Requires 24-hour advance notice The pool will not reach hot tub temperatures and its warmth will depend on outdoor conditions.
