The bank prez was fired after knowledge of this terrible loan became known. So then, please help us all out by purchasing this disaster. All will be entirely grateful to have unloaded this dump. OR if you prefer the owners would accept your land contract - they are really desperate to unload this place. It would be helpful to bring a gas mask since the stench is pretty bad because the air inside is badly fouled. OH, and by the way, there are 18 cats and their 59 kittens included at no extra price. If you happen to have an extra bag of cat liter to bring along that would be most helpful. the litter box here has not been changed for nearly 8 months and contributes a lot to the stench of the place. The owners would be most grateful if you could help. One final thought, this home has a really great view of the bluffs East of town.
