This rental is for a 12-month lease, starting on November 15th, with the option to go on month-to-month after the lease expires. We collect rent through our property management platform called Buildium. All payments must be digital and must be made on the 1st of every month. Tenants are responsible for their own Utilties which is through FPL & Town of Lantana. The landlord covers water. It runs about $100 as long as you are careful and make sure everything is off when you leave the apartment. Our dedicated handymen are on call and take care of any and all maintenance requests. We take care of the extermination and air filters for the AC. Pets are allowed as long as they are well-behaved and do not disturb neighbors. No smoking inside the units! To move in, we get First month's rent ($2,100) + Final Months rent ($2,100) + Security ($2,100) = $6,300 total for move in. The security deposit is refundable as long as there is no serious damage! WE DO OFFER PAYMENT PLANS TO QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR FINAL MONTHS RENT TO HELP REDUCE YOUR UPFRONT MOVE-IN COSTS! With the PAYMENT PLAN OPTION, tenants are able to pay the Final Month's Rent over the duration of the first 6 month's of the lease. So to move in, you would pay First month's rent ($2,100) + Security ($2,100) + 1/6 of Final Months Rent ($350) = $4,550 to move in.
