This is a 12-month lease, with the option to go on month-to-month once the lease expires. We collect rent through our property Management software called Buildium. All payments must be digital, and must be made on the 1st of every month. Tenants are responsible for their own electric (FPL) and water (Town of Lantana). It runs about $100 if you are careful and make sure everything is off when you leave the room. This property is family owned and operated. Our handymen are on call and take care of any and all maintenance requests. We take care of the extermination and air filters for the AC.
