This is a tiny house, or stand alone fully furnished studio apartment beside the main house. It is on .8 of an acre, and butts up against the hay fields for the Georgia Equestrian Center. The apartment is newly renovated and fully furnished. Water and power are included. We would prefer no pets. Definitely non-smoking. There will be an apartment sized washer/dryer stacking combo. The apartment is on a septic system. Located in downtown Bishop on a secluded street. The property is very quiet. 50" Sharp TV already included. We are willing to share our Wifi, but the signal is weak, so the tenant may want to use their hotspot, or get their own Wifi. Plates, utensils, pots and pans, stove/oven, microwave, etc. all included. We will allow short term (3 month leases) or long term, up to 2 years. There is no smoking inside the property. The property is on a septic system, and is only meant for one person. Although tenants may have occasional guests, we do not allow additional people to take residence in the apartment aside from the primary tenant. Please avoid flushing anything except for toilet paper down the toilets, and avoid dumping grease down the kitchen sink, as it will clog the pipes over time. If there a plumber must be called to fix the pipes because of grease buildup in the pipes, or the flushing of restricted items, the tenant will be responsible for the repairs.
