It features freshly painted walls, ceiling fans in each room, large closets and it is very clean and comfortable for stress free living. This is a very quiet well maintained neighborhood. No loud parties or loud individuals. This is an owner occupied duplex. The owner is always home. Respect for your neighbors is required because you will receive the same. Laundry in basement. Dine-in-kitchen with newer appliances. Large windows for natural light and you can watch the sun rise from your kitchen. You have one parking spot which is a gravel driveway. Lawn care is included in the rental package. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. NO SMOKELESS TOBACCO. NO MARIJUANA. NO VAPING.
