As far as animals we need to discuss. The apartment is on the2nd floor. As far as utilities everything is so insulated . Very Low! You have a beautiful yard to enjoy and cook out. Swimming pool, volley ball, basketball, tennis courts, doggy park, kids park, work out sections, concerts in the summer, working outside in the summer. So much fun, everyone is so friendly! One block over restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, local pub, you name it we have it. We are in the middle of the city, 10 minutes from everything.
