Come through the garden up two steps onto your deck and through your private entrance into the sitting room. On your right is the "kitchenette" with full-size fridge and sink alcove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, cook top and air fryer THERE IS NO OVEN. The sitting room also features a smart TV, an old farmhouse table, chairs and couch. Your bedroom has a queen-size comfy bed. (Don't forget to see the "Beatles dresser" - collaged with Beatles collectable trading cards). The extra room's couch is a pull out so use it as a second bedroom., living room, or ! Of course, there's a private full bath and shower. Have your morning coffee or tea out on the covered porch (that back deck,) looking out on the swing and garden. Steps away from the deck is the lap pool for your use. I live adjacent to your suite at the other end of the house. I'm here to help, but your privacy is key to me. There's off street parking for one car and on-street parking for one more. We're off Tamiami Trail in a neighborhood that's a short drive to Venice beaches, Osprey, Englewood, North Port and Sarasota. Sarasota Memorial Hospital Venice is about a 15-minute drive, so perfect for staff employees or visiting family. You can walk, bike or drive to the Intracoastal Venetian Waterway Trail. Regrettably NO pets or kids (even sweet small or tall ones) and tobacco smoking is not permitted for health and safety reasons.You must have a means of transportation - groceries are within 2 miles, but not walkable.
