All new plumbing under the trailer in 2021 by licensed plumber. (Burke mechanical) New skirting on, in 2021 Dishwasher new this year(800$ from JnS) , stove one year old,(also from JnS) fridge, washer and dryer, all included. Large AC unit in living room window playset in back yard, plan on leaving for the next family unless they don't want it, then we'll haul it off. Will include 3 camera security system with its own monitor, I installed it because I run a construction company and have lots of tools and lumber around. roof is in good condition and hasn't leaked since we've been here 10 plus years. I coated it every other year religiously. Last year I used two 5 gallon buckets if Henry 100% silicone. It's almost 500$ for each bucket. So the roof should be good for at least 5 years, then I would recommend coating again with Henry 100% silicone. Will leave leftovers in shed. Almost a full 5 gallon bucket in shed. Carpet needs replaced in living room, but put down good laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom two years ago. Shed is waterproof and about 12 by 10. Has power outlets.
