This is a very quiet neighborhood. There is not a lot of traffic through here and the neighbors are not right on top of you. We get along quite well with all of them that are close to us. We're close to Walmart and the Villages which has brought in many new retail stores and restaurants making it much more convenient to get to as opposed to having to go to Orlando or Ocala, unless you choose to. A new Sam's Club has opened recently and is only 10 minutes away. This would be a great starter home for a young family or a retired couple not looking to live in a retirement community. It is ready to move into!
