Qualifications: We look for a 650 credit score, and income 3x the monthly rent. Additional information can be found on our application.
Security deposit is equal to one months rent. With pets we raise this to 1.5x the monthly rent. In cases where income or credit is below our requirements, 2x the monthly rent in security deposit may be required.
Upon Acceptance: Lease must be signed, and deposit paid within 48 hours of acceptance. A months rent will be due upon move-in. If lease begins after the first of the month, a prorated rent will be charged.
Pet policy: With pets the security deposit is raised to 1.5x the monthly rent. Petscreening is a mandatory service that will screen your pet. They will provide a Fido score which will determine the pet rent charged based on risk factors. Pet rent ranges from $20-$80/mo. You will submit an application to Petscreening by following the link on our application while filling out the tenant app.
