It has a private grass yard with 2 apple trees, rasberries, and space for a small garden! It is a 2 minute walk from Pho Hung, 3 min from Butch & Babes, and across the street from all of the yoga studios in the north end studio. The house is fully fenced in, so it's great for dogs, although each pet comes with a $40/mo charge for accelerated wear and tear on the flooring, which were recently refinished. The house has a 3 car garage if you want to rent a garage bay for your apartment, or a garage bay on your own ($40) with EV charging. The house has laundry in the basement, a dishwasher, LED's, motion lights outside, etc. It's clear that I've spent a lot of time remodeling the house while I lived here. The house had $5K in insulation upgrades done to it. Has rain water recovery for your garden, and compost. I'm open to 2-12 month leases. For me to sign the lease and take it off the market, I'll need first months rent, and a security deposit of one month. I am on the painters schedule for June 1st and 2nd (repainting each bedroom!), so the move in date will be June 3rd or 4th, and you will get those few days prorated.
