Utilities and Services Tenant shall be responsible for payment of all utilities and services associated with the Premises, including but not limited to water, sewer, trash collection, internet, electricity, gas, and any other utility or service used during the lease term. Tenant agrees to establish and maintain accounts in their name where applicable and to pay all charges promptly. Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, or vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the Premises and in any common areas of the property. Pet Policy Pets are welcome with prior written approval from the Landlord and payment of a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. Tenant agrees to comply with all pet-related rules and is responsible for any damage caused by their pet(s).
