My insurance company has appraised it at $225,000, based on replacement cost and comparitive market analysis. As a former licensed real estate agent in this area, I am familiar with home values, as well as comp values. And based on the custom built extras this home has, as well as being 3,000 sq ft. with 4 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths, a covered patio, sits on a full acre, the newly built 1,200 double shop/garage with two roll up doors and two side entry doors, an attched RV cover and a separate drive, the fencend in yard, lots of shade trees, as well as being in a quiet residential area one mile from city limits, this amount IS fair market value. The value you have placed on it is incorrect, as well as insulting!
