We are renting our 3-4 bedroom, 2 bath home from around September-May (dates negotiable). The house is on a quiet residential street a 12-minute walk from Cornell, and an excellent elementary school is a block away. There is a bike trail, wildflower preserve, and shopping center close by. The house is a 10-minute walk from the many restaurants in Collegetown. Ithaca College is a ten minute drive.The house is fully furnished and has an eat-in kitchen with bay windows, a large living room with a wood stove, a dining room with a table that expands to seat 12, and a spacious light-filled study.Upstairs there is one bedroom with a full-size bed and two bedrooms that each have a single bed. There is also a master bedroom with a queen bed, which we would prefer not to rent but would under the right circumstances. In other words, three bedrooms are definitely available and the fourth is negotiable.There is a bathroom on each floor and a washer/dryer in the basement. The house has lots of windows and is decorated with oriental carpets and art objects from around the world.There is a large fenced yard with a beautiful garden and a deck.No smoking, no pets.House is available from around September-May, dates negotiable. Tenant pays utilities. The neighborhood is in a residential zone and no more than two unrelated adults are permitted.
