Overall the condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, small dining room, kitchen, fire place, patio, washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC, and storage. There is parking as well as access to pool, basketball, and tennis courts for renters. The landlord is very accomidating and trustworthy. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet making it a pleasant place to live. It is also very close to Rutgers. The rent is $685.
