A short distance from Three Belles Marina, this voluntary Beach association offers Golf, Bocci, Tennis, Basketball, and Beach access as well as a Softball field where games are organized and a Park. Cost for association between $110-200/year depending on individual vs family membership. Great location, vaulted ceiling in living room, generous sized master bedroom, and lots of storage in the basement. Needs a little updating but well worth the effort! New septic and oil tank in 2013!!
