This studio apartment was a 2020 project of the prior owners, who envisioned a Brooklyn-style loft apartment. The unit is spacious, bright, and comes equipped with an electric range, refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. Heat and AC are provided by a mini split and heat is supplemented by a gas "wood stove." Parking is available at an additional cost, and pets under 60lbs are permitted with an additional non-refundable fee. The building is located just off of Main Street and is walking distance to all town amenities. A building manager lives on site. Landlord pays for water, sewer, trash, and landscaping. Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, and internet/cable. Lease duration is automatically assumed to be one year, but can be negotiated as needed. First month and last month rent and security deposit are due at signing, along with any applicable fees for pets or parking. Renter's insurance isn't required but is strongly encouraged. The building and property are entirely non-smoking of any kind. Any smoking will result in automatic forfeiture of the security deposit.
