The cabin is 22 X 23 with two rooms and a full bath. Utilities consist of a private drilled well and septic and grid power. Heating is both electric and wood stove. The camp was rebuilt in 1981 according to permits on file with the town CEO. The cabin sets along the southern bounds of the property about 200 feet from the town road. Dover Foxcroft is near the geographic center of the state. This area has a storied history of outdoor pastimes. Mountains, lakes, rivers, maintained trail systems for hiking, biking, snowmobiling and ATV'ing are all major arteries leading in and out of town. Trail riding, boating, hunting, fishing and other pursuits combine to what is arguably the best sporting area in the northeast.
