The location is extremely quiet with no thru traffic and only nice homes and good owner occupant neighbors on the short street. the house has an exceptional lay out with beautiful aged bamboo floors throughout ( except for tile floors in baths) . No carpeting and may windows that give a great light throughout. Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled with cast iron tubs and the kitchen has gorgeous granite counters and stainless appliances . the kitchen is open and a double patio door opens from kitchen and dining room to the deck. Bedrooms are large with a split plan. Master is very private ,12x20 with a very large walk in closet and a door to the deck. Blue bedroom is 12x 15.5 also with a walk in closet plus a built in shelved closet and red bedroom is 12x12 with a large closet. From the extensive partly covered deck you enjoy watching hundreds of birds and the peaceful huge level fully fenced 1/4 acre back yard surrounded by mature white oaks. The entire property is half an acre. Most well behaved dogs and cats are welcome but we will need breed and temperament information and in some instances an additional pet fee . There is a 2 car garage however only one of the overhead door is on automatic opener.We have an exceptionally large landing and easy driveway.
