Many of the lights have dimmers recessed lights in the kitchen and three rooms have ceiling fans. This rental is not to be rented out as an Airbnb or any other rental for own gain. Only the agreed upon individual/s on the contract can be there Natural Gas: High efficiency heating system with high efficiency hot water heater with city water and city sewer. Wood floors in living areas and tile bathroom floor Refrigerator, washer, dryer, gas stove...
