this is a 2640 sq ft metal building that i started buliding in august of 2008. 1056 sq ft on the north end has concrete floors, wiring, and plumbing done. i was to finish it to live in. the other sq footage has four, 12x14, horse stalls, a 12x14 wash bay that has hot and cold water, and a wired, 12x14, tack/feed room both of which have concrete floors. these rooms could also be additions to the living area. they could all be re-designed for storage, shop, carport, etc. all on 6 acres. The house is now ready to be lived in as soon as the flooring is done. I am having the concrete stained.
