If renter intends to keep one small breed dog as a pet in the townhouse then an additional $2,000 Pet Security Deposit is required at lease signing. This is a privately owned home for rent by owner. Owner conducts a police background check to ensure renters are law abiding USA citizens. A credit rating report is required. Will not rent to anyone with a credit rating of less than 700. Rental applicants must provide proof of employment and salary. Not permitted in house: water beds, aquariums or free standing electric fire place. Outdoor fire pits are not permitted.
