Conveniently located off of 95 exit 2 in Chickahominy section of Greenwich. One off street parking spot reserved. Street parking and lot available after 5pm and weekends for guests. Laundry in clean basement with storage available. Cooling/heating is central air and paid by landlord. Backyard is very private and room for outdoor furniture. Small dogs and cats ok.
